kaggikayalu (a sweet samosa )

Kaggikayalu it's a sweet samosa kaggikayalu  Andra Pradesh traditional sweet in my childhood my grandma make this for as  I'm not sure how it makes but my grandma Guidance's  then I done it  different different kaggikayalu are there but I cook with coconut grated 
You can store  it 1 week or  10 days  need some safety measures  good  and healthy snacks for all age groups people's  

Some people add another items  to Cook  for Store so many days  it's not good  for  health that's why I'm not add any extra  items  this website motive  good and healthy food blog's  

  Kaggikayalu Andra Pradesh traditional sweet  Andra people cook kaggikayalu in fastivals  they store it always   old age people make  it different ways  

             How to cook kaggikayalu 
                                                                

Take a coconut and grated  that coconut so small small   
After that  take sugar  
 
Add sugar in coconut grated   mix well then  kaggikayalu be sweetest 

    Making roti for kaggikayalu 
                                                            

Make the dough: Place two cups of flour in a bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer or food procesor with the dough blade fitted

using your hands until you get a better sense of how the dough should feel). Mix ½  salt into the dry flour 



Trickle in water, a little at a time, until the dough comes together and is not sticky. Continue kneading for at least five minutes until the dough is really smooth and supple.



Rest the dough: Place the dough back in the bowl and cover with a tight lid or a damp kitchen towel. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to an hour.


You can make rotis  large or small like mine between Six to seven inches
Diameter so I divided  15  Ball's 

roll the rotis into even and fairly thin rounds then you can add  coconut grated sugar mixture 

    After that add coconut grated sugar mixture middle of the roti  and fold 2 sites of roti like this 



Now take dip pan  if you have ghee  use it 
I like sunflower oil  I'm using it you can use any oil  
 Add the oil in pan  7&8 minutes boil the oil 
After 7&8 minutes add kaggikayalu in pan 
Cook kaggikayalu antill it turn golden  brown colour 
nnow kaggikayalu  ready if you want  garnish
You can garnish  
If you want to store use one plastic box store it
